How to do a Spiderman Mountain Climber
Start in a hand plank position, with your hands positioned underneath your shoulders. Pull one of your feet off of the floor and place it outside of your hand on the same side (or as close to your hand as you can get). Return the foot back to its starting position and repeat on the other side.
