How to do a Thoracic Rotation Stretch (Squat)

Pull yourself down into the lowest squat you got! Place your left hand on the ground, and rotate your body as you pull your right hand towards the sky to open up through your upper back, chest and shoulders (eyes follow your hands). Return your left hand to the floor and switch sides.
