How to do a Tuck Planche (Single Foot Assisted)

Start on your hands and knees. Your hands can be slightly turned out for this exercise if that feels more comfortable for you. Bring your knees between your hands. Lift one foot off the floor then lift your knees off the floor, pushing hard into the ground through your whole upper body.
