Duplicating Exercises, Workouts, and Weeks

To duplicate an Exercise (including supersets/circuits), a whole Workout, or even an entire Week go to any of those items in your program, and click Duplicate.

To create a duplicate of an Exercise, Workout, or Week and move it to a separate program, click Copy To. This will open up a menu of programs that you can copy this duplicated item to.
